Great solution for managing social listening and tracking across many networks

The ease, speed with which it can be used to monitor multiple sources; ability to track mentions by individuals or organizations as well as companies - so you don't have any blind spots when looking at results! Reporting options are limited but we're working closely w/ our account manager in order to make improvements there too (and would love if this was included out of box!). Very intuitive and straight forward tool for tracking traffic

The user interface makes it very easy to use, even if you are new at this game! It's so much easier than other tools I've used in my past jobs (like Google Analytics). Good alternative if Grapevine is too expensive

The platform provides you with a good overview of your current situation, as well as insights into what needs to be done in order to improve it. I like the dashboard view, which makes it easy to get an overview of your activities and results. It's not very intuitive to use. You need some training to set up the platform properly. Very helpful tool in understanding reputation and SEO

The ease of use, the great functionality and reporting, as well as the ability to have alerts sent directly to my phone when certain keywords are used against me. I would like to see more customization options. Perhaps allowing for greater control over what types of words can be filtered?
