An incredible antenna at an incredible price

Yes. That's great. Called my satellite provider today and canceled. My two-year contract ended this month. I tested this antenna indoors and got 40 channels. I hung it like others on a satellite dish stand that was already on the roof and used the coax cable already laid for my TV :) That's the biggest part, if you have a satellite you don't have to worry about buying a new one Coax make cables or a new mounting frame (like me). Just use what's already installed. on my roof I won't watch half…

Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Excellent value for money good for radio antennas

I used an indoor antenna to pick up a TV show from a local station. Although the distance was short, the ever growing foliage caused some problems and I had to use an external antenna. I knew I needed a basic yagi antenna and chose this one for its small size and LOW PRICE. My expectations were low but I wasn't aiming for high performance, I just needed a little boost to overcome the reception problems. I WAS SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS $20 ANTENNA WORKED! II needed to pick up a UHF signal from…

Actually works a little better than advertised.

It's nice to win every now and then. We live at 2,500 feet in a hilly, rocky area and don't have a good view of the transmission towers in the San Diego area 62 miles away, according to tvfool. We are located in the southern portion of Riverside County where it joins San Diego County just north of Fallbrook. All websites that receive TV signals have low hopes in this area so I bought this antenna as a test thinking I might be disappointed. Exactly the opposite happened. To test the antenna, I…

Very good antenna for the price.

Looks like a decent antenna. It's light with a thin arrow, but it's also quite small so I'm hoping it will hold up. It comes in 2 pieces and creatively attaches with wing nuts with a small o-ring to keep them secure. I think lock washers are a better choice. I put a small amount of thread lock on each screw to ensure they wouldn't come loose and the antenna wouldn't fall apart in a storm. It's not as massive as RCA antennas (made in the USA), but to be honest it costs almost half as much…

Pros
  • Accessories and consumables

  • Slightly torn
