The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that it loses some of its torque when cutting synthetic plaster. It takes a little more time and patience. This is the second one I'm buying

There is no part available for this product. Everything else seems fine. It has never been used so I would like to give it a higher rating but we cannot find contact information. Who can we contact to get a replacement part? Many Thanks.

Item arrived on time and as described. Variable speed and much quieter than my original saw. It doesn't generate much heat yet, but I'll see what it does as I use it more. I've used it twice so far to take fiberglass casts below the knee and below the elbow with no problems. Haven't had a chance to cast it yet, but will try to update when I do.
