Great solution especially during COVID times!!! Easy transferable documents too

The ability to upload my notes from any doctor's office or hospital is fantastic! I love that they have templates for each specialty in case of medical error/typo etc... Their customer service team are quick & helpful when you call them but can also be quite blunt if need calls your out late into night time zone!! They offer multiple options so it makes sense - what works best depends very much upon where one needs their services most efficiently (ie home vs work). If using online option then…

Excellent customer service, top quality work

The customer service is exceptional! They have been very attentive to my needs for years now (going back several decades). I would highly recommend using them if you are looking into medical transcription services; they provide me excellent quality work every time in addition of being able to pay lower rates than other companies that offer similar products/services as well!! Nothing really - we just recently switched over from another provider who had some issues getting us started up right…

Very Easy Efficiently and Convenient Way To Keep Records

The best thing about medvoice is that it's easy to use for both newbies as well experienced users of medical software! I like how simple this program makes my job so much easier in transcribing patient records from doctors' notes into PDF files or text format which can be then uploaded onto our electronic health record (EHR) platform where they are stored securely online. It also has many helpful features such as allowing me to create reminders when patients have upcoming appointments/follow up

  • I can create patient profiles with many different sections in which I can enter all kinds of important information, including medical history, current problems, medications, past medical history to name a few
Cons
  • I'm sure in the future there could be more options to better customize information, as well as additional features such as creating a reminder for appointments or follow up visits and using text to speech

Great tool if you can figure out how best use your data

The ability to do medical terminology searches directly in our transcriptions. This was very helpful for searching patient records without having to go through each provider's notes or other paper files - just search transcripts! It also helped us have more accurate reports that included physician dictated information as well as nurse transcribers' notations (especially when we needed it). I wish there were some way of viewing what providers had entered into their own note fields versus those
