Good value lens. Focus is sharp and overall good image quality. There's a barrel distortion, possibly due to the fact that it's wide.

Inexpensive manual lens for Fuji and similar crop-sensor mirrorless cameras. It's quite sharp in the middle, adequate on the inside. corners. You get what you pay for. If you don't mind focusing manually then this is a great value.

Meike lenses are impressive. While they deliver crisp, vibrant images, I think they have a certain nostalgia about them. Maybe it's because you learned to focus manually, aided by the incredible capabilities of the Fujifilm X cameras, but it reminds me of using a Nikon F in the 1970s and the brilliant clarity. Pros: Affordable, fairly sharp images, good bokeh. Cons: Aperture and focus rings feel rough/scratchy, no snap-on aperture ring means it's very easy to accidentally change aperture without intention.
