I like the idea of this memory game. The fact that the pages are stored in a slot at the top, there are multiple pages to choose from and the language dictionary is great for kids or English learners, but the images are tiny. The words are even smaller and very difficult to read in the holes. The doors in the game are not easy to operate, and it seems that there is a lot of free space on the playing field. I love this product. My autistic son found him at a particularly difficult doctor's appointment and kept him busy for 2 hours. He liked it so much that he wanted to get it as a reward for his behavior/routine and today April 30th 2016 he got it, loved it and played with it for hours. I usually like the quality of Melissa and Doug's stuff and praise them here and elsewhere. Not this time. My grandchildren are not easily excited. I love it when toys encourage perseverance, creative thinking, and problem solving. But that disappointed her, and I understood her disappointment because I felt it myself. . The concept of this game is amazing. It's great to be able to play a matching game with the kids without having to go through the deck to make sure all the cards match, shuffle, deal the cards, clean up, etc. This game has little windows and doors that open up let open. and close to show photos below.
