Unreliable and wasteful media

I purchased this blank media for my computer and was disappointed with the results. Many of the CDs would not burn completely, leaving me with wasted discs and lost work. The LightScribe feature was also inconsistent, sometimes rendering designs poorly. The only pro was the low cost, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product for serious computer use.

Pros
  • High-quality printing on the top surface of the disc using LightScribe technology
Cons
  • Limited selection of compatible disc burners that can fully utilize the LightScribe feature

Lightscribe under Accessories & Supplies

Although Lightscribe's availability is becoming increasingly difficult to find, it was great to find this. All have worked for backup so far with no issues and the ability to apply the label with a laser makes it very easy to identify the contents.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

If you can find her. buy you!

Lightscribe discs are no longer manufactured so quantities are limited. With this caveat, prices are much higher than they should be. So any find of Lightscribe discs is good, and it would be great if the unit price stayed the same as it was in its heyday.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Not Bad
