I would like the collar if it wasn't so difficult to pierce the braid. If you frequently remove the collar for personal hygiene, I would refrain from doing so.

I bought the olive green color for my JRT mix and I have to say I love it! He has been wearing a brown braided cotton cord Martha Stewart collar for 9 months and is starting to look shabby. I found this collar on him, I have given him several others and never thought they would fit him or look cheap. The quality of this collar is amazing, I hope it will last us more than 9 months.

This is a really solid collar that has so far withstood being gnawed by a second dog while two dogs were fighting. The workmanship is excellent, the weaving is dense, which is also its only downside (although this is most likely my downside). Because there are no preset openings, the collar is fully adjustable; However, because the weave is very tight, the buckle is difficult to close. I'm sure I'll master it when my puppy grows up.

This is a beautiful, stylish collar, well made. I bought it with a matching leash. I would like pre-sewn holes for the buckle, otherwise the buckle will have to be inserted through the weaving of the fabric. On the other hand, this makes the collar very adjustable for almost any neck size. I've had it for about a month and so far it's worn and held up well. When my dog and I go for a walk, I get lots of compliments.

Too bad I didn't find this collar when I got a dog for the first time. Overall great quality. Tape provides the perfect fit for a variety of situations. I love the color combos too, I have the camo with the matching leash and it looks great on my fawn boxer mix. Both the leash and collar have quality riding hardware, at first I didn't think I'd like the brass color but it's a lot richer!
