Decent shoes for my opinion

As others have said, I can occasionally hear a rattle in them, but only when I'm off the bike walking. I got these for the peloton and they work just fine.

Pros
  • Lightweight design for effortless pedaling
Cons
  • May not be durable over long periods of time

Great Investment for Spin Class

I never knew anything about these shoes or the need for them until I injured my Achilles‘ tendons reducing my workouts exclusively to spin and ab workouts. Initially, I wrote my regular training shoes however my foot wound slightly slip. When I learned of the required shoe, it drastically changed my form and performance. I felt more stable and my feet stopped getting numb. There’s room in the toe box area. I normally wear a 10 in men’s however because of the reviews, I ordered a 10.5 and they…

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • May be difficult to walk in off the bike

Nice Shoe - SIze Chart issues for me

This seems like a real high quality shoe, construction seems solid, they are light weight, etc. Straps are real solid and tongue is comfortable, bottom is stiff and responsive. I have only a couple of minor comments which caused me to rate 4 instead of 5, but if this is not important to the buyer, then you can consider this a 5 rating.1) True to fit - I use size 44 shoes and these 10.5s (for which the size chart indicates 44) are considerably larger than my other 4 pairs of size 44. Some…

clicking / rattling sound fixed

Nice shoe. Just didn't like the fact that I had to fix a rattling sound in both shoes. The sound was coming from the adjustable SPD mounting nut captured in the sole of the shoe. That mounting nut isn't visible unless you complete remove the delta cleat that comes mounted from the factory. Unfortunately, if you don't use the SPD cleats, then this mounting nut will slide freely behind the delta cleat and rattle (loudly) when riding. To get around this annoyance, you need a short, small-headed…

Pros
  • Offers improved control and balance
Cons
  • May need to be tightened frequently during use

Inferior to many other brand options for the peloton bike

There seems to be something not right with these included bike cleats. The shoes fit tight and were too narrow which was surprising as all my other bike shoes are right on. The underlying cleat clips shifted in the pedals even when tightened to the max. The quality was sub par overall. I quickly returned these and went with a pair of Venzo cycling shoes and they are A+ , fit great with non of the issues with these Tommaso shoes. Sorry for being honest, but they seemed like low budget shoes. I…

Pros
  • Provides a better and smoother ride

  • Limited breathability may cause odor buildup

Great shoes for a wider-than-normal fit

I've used these for two months on a stationary bike set-up (peloton), and have been very happy with their performance. I have a wider-than normal forefoot and these shoes fit great. So far the materials and construction have stood up to almost daily use, and the included cleats work perfectly with my bike. I would definitely buy these again if they were to wear out.

Pros
  • Perfect for my spin class
Cons
  • Limited color options

Great Pelaton Shoe good for me

Fit well & comfortable. Had to laugh about a review citing the shoes rattle. I guess they should have removed the mini zip lock containg adjustment tools from the shoe.

Pros
  • tommaso
Cons
  • Requires specific pedals for use

Great but buy extra clips

Great beginners shoes , but had to buy bottom shoe replacement after only 20 rides. . It might user error due to learning how to clip in and out of the bike

Pros
  • Helps reduce pressure points
Cons
  • Limited cushioning in heel area

Great fit, questionable build?

So, I received these shoes after returning the Nike Super Reps for being too narrow even in the men’s sizing. I ordered these and upon taking the right shoe out of the box and putting it in my foot, was SO impressed by the quality as well as the fit. It was wide enough for my foot while still being supportive and snug as a cycling shoe should be.Then, I took the left shoe out and immediately noticed a loose metal jangling. I thought it was the delta cleat, however after tightening, loosening…

Wide Feet Will Love These

I specifically got these cycling shoes because I have very wide feet. I saw that others commented that they had wide feet and they fit great, but I am always skeptical because I can almost NEVER find shoes that fit me. When they arrived (with Peloton cleat installed), they looked too narrow. But once I slipped them on they fit great. If you have a narrow foot, these will probably be too big for you. I only wish the top ratchet strap was just a tiny bit longer. I'm using the first or second…

Pros
  • Compatible with a wide range of pedals
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with sensitive feet

Shoes fit well and are very comfortable and breathable. They come in Size 14 where many cycling shoes stop way before. Laces aren't a problem when riding indoors (Peloton Bike Plus user here). The issue is the preistalled delta cleats. They're made of an awful plastic, and after one week of riding have grinded away to a scary and dangerous amount of float. Think 2008 3D Printer quality plastic.I ended up replacing them with the same cleats Peloton uses. Have had no issues since, and the install…

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Toe box too narrow for some users

High quality but runs a bit small

A really well-made shoe. Very attractive and comfortable. Good arch support, without being overbearing. But I normally wear a size nine shoe, and I am very glad I ordered a ten-and-a-half size in this Shimano. So order at least one size up, and I think you will be happy for the value you receive for your money.

Pros
  • Affordable for budget-conscious shoppers
Cons
  • May not provide enough grip on pedals

Not true to size for my opinion

The shoe seems to be well made and worked ok while I was using it, but it seemed to be about 1 size too big for me. My feet moved around in the shoe. After more than a year of this I bought Nike bike shoes and, although they are larger (European size 44), they fit more snugly than these size 43s. I don’t think they are true to size.

Pros
  • Enhances cycling technique and form
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with wide ankles

Great Shoes For Hard to Fit

I have hard to fit fit and bought a Peleton. These shoes buckle like my soft Burton snowboard boots. Once I got the hang of them … boom I’m sold. I’ve always used Shimano SPD. These work similarly. Plenty of room at the toes! No bruised toes!

Pros

Cons
  • Sole may be too stiff for some riders

Good Shoe for the Peloton

I was looking for a shoe to use with my Peloton bike. I chose this one because of the brand name and the price and that the cleats were included. So far so good, I've done about six or seven rides with it. I use GoodFeet arch supports in my walking shoes and needed them in these. Without them my foot moved around a little too much. I have size 13 feet and they fit pretty well overall. They are easy to get in and out of and fit pretty snuggly as you adjust them with the straps. I like being able

Pros
  • Accessible for first-time cyclists
Cons
  • May not provide enough ankle support for some users

High quality on my review.

This shoe is my first cycling shoe, so I don't have a comparison. The fit is comfortable, and the SPD cleats came with the shoes. Cycling shoes have made an enormous difference in my ride. I foresee using these shoes for many years.

Pros
  • Shoes fit true to size, comfortable so fa
Cons
  • Velcro straps may loosen during use

Runs large, otherwise comfortable

Definitely runs large, and they are wider than what I normally consider to be wide. Maybe they are extra wide. My normal size was 42, and they were way too big. I went down to 41 and my toe is still almost 1/2" from the end. They still feel big. I'm afraid to go down to 40 because that's what I wear in rock-climbing shoes and I don't think I need such a tight fit for cycling, do I? The width is probably too roomy for me, and I always go with wide shoes. Only after riding 50 miles do my feet…

They do the job. Not without some pain.

Bought these to replace peloton shoes. I have larger feet. Exchanged my peloton shoes a few times until I got the biggest they had and they still killed my feet. Ended up sending them back for refund. That lead me to need a new set of shoes.Tired of swapping shoes, I put in a great deal of research to find a set of shoes within a given price range. These kept Tommaso shoes kept coming up and they seemed to hit all the items on the checklist. Reviews looked good and the price came in super low…

Cons

These are great for my opinion

They fit very comfortable and snug. My feet are a little wide, but these fit just fine as long as I wear thinner socks. They clip on and off with ease. Previously I bought some without the clips and I had to install which wasn’t difficult but after a handful of rides they would sometimes not unclip so easy (likely my fault). I only use them in the gym for now, but so far no problems and the pre-installed clips makes it easier. Thanks.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • May squeak during use
