Mercer Culinary M20003 Genesis® Paring Review

This is the third Mercer knife I have bought and I am very happy with it. They are well made and stay sharp much longer than the Henckels Pro S knives I have.

I have replaced my old knives with Mercer knives from 10" to 3.2". I am happy and impressed to find good quality knives at reasonable prices. I recommend knives from this manufacturer.

Very sharp, easily slices crusty sourdough bread. The plastic handle doesn't look as good as my more expensive fine knives, but serrated knives are difficult to sharpen and my old bread knife no longer has a sharp edge. This one is surprisingly sharp for the price. In addition, the ergonomic grip angle prevents your knuckles from touching the cutting board when slicing bread.
