Great shoe between trainers and boots - easy for kids to put on and take off, very nice look. A plus for us is that they pass as "sneakers" for sports at our elementary school, so kids can wear them in the winter without having to be a second pair of shoes.

Bought my daughter's size. It's usually at 1 but 2 is better as I've found Merrells seem to run small for me, my daughter and my son. Very beautiful. They have a rounded upper foot and it's hard to find slippery shoes that fit well. They fit and she can wear them - she just turned 5 years old.

I had a similar Merrrell shoe in a different color for my boy last year and they lasted forever. This one started out a bit small from regular size so we sent it back.
