Amazing men's shoes

This is my third pair. Now I stand on the sidewalk 10 hours a day for work, and after 20 years of trying on all the shoes in the world (between 75.00-125.00 within financial considerations), I never thought that a pair of hiking boots would survive the last and outperform the rest, even Rockports and New Balance! very comfortable and each pair lasts about 6 months compared to about 3! The reason this isn't 5 stars is good if this shoe has a wet sole and you step on a smooth interior surface…

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Good shoes for shoes

Excellent. My husband had a bacterial infection on his big toe and was taken to the hospital to have the infection removed. I threw away all the shoes he was wearing, including the sneakers. This is a great replacement. ** If your shoes get wet, you must disinfect (wash) them and dry them completely before wearing them again. He learned it the hard way. Time does not destroy bacteria, it only multiplies them.

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • Empty

Don't buy from Shoe experience

Shoes don't fit so it'll cost me $6 to ship? Well hidden. I will never buy from third parties again. Just wanted to add that it costs another $6 to buy a shipping box. such a deal.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Some trouble

Great shoes (but squeaky)

Whenever possible I buy Merrell shoes almost exclusively. I'm a heavy man with flat feet. They offer great support, great comfort, great quality and look great with shorts (with invisible socks) or denim pants. For some reason, this pair creaks as they walk. I don't know if they use waterproofing or something, but the material and the laces rub against each other and make a little noise. It's a bit annoying, but Merrell shoes take a while to break in, so I'm hoping that goes away.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Frequency

They only keep getting better!

This is my 5th or 6th pair of Merrells and I am very pleased. It's hard to believe that simple shoes can make such a big difference. This new design offers more support and comfort than ever before, with the added bonus of a few ounces of weight! If you're on the fence, just buy them. You can thank me later!

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Appearance

Tongue problem outdoors

Tongue is not attached to the sides and stays off center. I have a lot of Merrells and this is the only pair with a loose tongue! Can live with that, but constantly pulls the tongue to the middle.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • No automatic

NOT GENUINE Merrells! Fake fakes!

Bought for work but ONLY worn after 5 days The lace loop broke at my house! I have worn my REAL Merrells for a year in a row in Baghdad, Iraq as a private contractor and they are still in perfect condition. I just wanted a new pair and made the mistake of buying THESE WRONG Merrells! Spend your money on legitimate Merrells, don't buy them from Revain and get burned like me.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Many things

WORTH EVERY.LES.PENNY

My wife and I were preparing for a trip to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky and we both needed decent hiking shoes. After a lot of research I came across them (in almost every top 10 list). I was pleasantly surprised when we tried them on and then put them on a few miles of trails. I unfortunately have plantar fasciitis on both feet and was afraid shoes and hiking would make it worse. They didn't. The arch support was amazing as was the build quality and grip. These things are exciting! I know…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Low Repairability

Great shoes/color doesn't match product image

The shoes appear to be the same quality as I've come to expect from Merrill. Sized to match other Merrill shoes purchased. However, as you can see in the third picture, the shoes shown on Revain are brown. The resulting boulder/apricot shoes have a greyish hue (Fig. 1-2). It's not that I don't like the color of the shoes I received. They're just drastically different. However, since brown shoes are not available, I am leaving this 4 stars for misrepresenting the color of the shoes.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Almost never
