6 tablets = 4200 mg creatine

I wish this list was clearer: To get a standard dose of creatine you need to be taking 6 tablets a day which greatly reduces the value of this product. You're paying for an 80-day supply and other products cost about the same price and last much longer.

Great product for muscles and more!

Creatine is very beneficial for training. Clinical studies (conducted at the University of Utah) confirm these benefits. Great product and amazing price

Creatine is great for what it is, creatine definitely helps me increase reps and muscle mass. The effect came after 2 weeks. The downside is that they are very uncomfortable to swallow, the pills body is too hard compared to some other brands. So much so that after day 3 I poured the capsules into a glass instead. Holding the empty shells in my hand gave me further evidence as to why the discomfort had arisen. Also, the actual level of creatine itself is very potent and I've had better results…
