Disappointing Performance from an Industrial Grinder

The Metabo Non Lock Electronics grinder I purchased left me extremely dissatisfied with its performance in my industrial needs. Through trial and error, I found that this grinder does not provide the power I need to efficiently finish the job at hand. Its lack of strength caused a great deal of frustration and slowed down my work process. As an industrial and scientific professional, I need reliable tools in my arsenal and unfortunately, this grinder did not make my list of reliable tools.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Lack of power, inefficient for industrial use.

Low price but discount good deal

I love the design, I have used many of them in my work but none had a head profile for tight spaces. They will say that an aftermarket grinding wheel wipes away the protection. There should be a spare cutting disc, grinding discs, etc. in the box it comes in. I would recommend a good tool.

Pros
  • Made in Germany
Cons
  • High price

Not for commercial or intensive use.

This Metabo is handy for tight spaces but I don't recommend it if you want to use it heavily, I'm a welder/manufacturer and this grinder only lasted 3 months with me Gears in mind broken. I send it back to Metabo under warranty and they send me a new one and this lasts less than 3 months. I love Metabo but this model is disappointing.

Pros
  • World class production facilities and technology
Cons
  • Not trendy
