📱 Enhanced Metra 95-5000S Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for 2000-2006 Lincoln LS and 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbird (Silver/Black) Review

Fits my 2DIN JVC radio for my 2004 Lincoln Ls. I actually have some slack so he wants it to be tight or too tight. The only thing I would wish is that the brackets for the radio and air conditioning are metal and not plastic. Plastic will break and bend if the set screws are not screwed in very carefully.

I installed this on my 2005 Lincoln LS with silver trim. The color match is almost perfect. I used it to mount a Clarion CX501 double din CD/Bluetooth/USB receiver which was too tight and caused some warping. I decided to live with it as it wasn't bad and hadn't noticed since (I usually noticed things like this!)

I had read other reviews before and knew my aftermarket radio might be narrow or too big for the hole. That was it, but I got it working by sanding down the holes enough for the radio to start fitting in the hole and being secured with the brackets provided. Braces were a different story. I received two identical mounts so I had to cut one to fit. The problem is that I couldn't attach the bottom screw to the bottom case. If it had the right mount, I would have given it 5 stars.
