Settings like us, device, AV settings, time, etc. cannot be saved. This is a big problem, every time I drive I have to enter settings. Advice would be great!

The kit design is great but my kit did not include the power cord for the access box which made the job a lot more difficult. Along with it I ordered an antenna adapter, but it never came in the kit.

I'm very disappointed, the axis control that comes with it is very buggy. causes the speakers to not work here and there. makes the 4.3 inch screen glitch. I will remove and return the product. $420 is very, very unlucky.

The first time I received an incomplete set, I installed it after the replacement arrived. The instructions are accurate but the overall finish isn't great. If you don't have a car and drive, it will be obvious that this device is not OEM, it stands out so much. Metra could have done a better job with the OEM finish.

I installed it and it works. However, I've stopped using the backup sensors (no longer beeps or indicate danger), and the passenger-side air conditioning controls no longer appear. Remember that you need to buy a separate rear camera adapter. Aside from that, it's pretty easy to install. While very expensive, there aren't many, if any, other options. I have an 8.4 inch navigation screen.

Small screen interface is a bit slow. And it doesn't let me change the time on it or the hyphen. The double din cutout seemed a bit small to me so I had to cut out a portion to fit the screen. The black bar looks rather ugly. It would be cool if the silver trim continued at the top. The controls to replace HVAC controls are very spongy and slow. Kind of disappointed. Installed on our 2017 Dodge Journey and I am disappointed with the installation. Installation wasn't difficult at all, but I had to make a spacer to keep it from falling apart. Dodge made the odd choice of placing the stereo at the bottom edge of the dash, making it impossible to simply install a secondary stereo. This kit/belt will work great if you have a standard 4.3" OEM screen. If you have a high quality 8" OEM screen, you're missing out on a lot with this kit. First and most importantly, it's not able to keep a factory rear camera. Then it doesn't come with the aswc needed to keep the controls on the steering wheel. I had it fitted at a certified auto repair shop through my dealer and they did a great job. Pros: + Retains factory climate control, hazards, electronic stability control, etc., you won't lose any factory features + Check out the 4.3-inch screen, red and black, and it looks stock.
