I use this durable Molcajete almost every day. So it helps that it's an attractive item to leave on my counter. As a spice mill, it grinds everything from dried rosemary to peppercorns. It's heavy enough to stay in place during use and large enough to hold just the right amount of spice mix. In addition, it cleans quickly. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these! I think this would make a great gift for someone who loves to cook.

May contain granite but is not solid granite. It was made in the form of concrete material, possibly with particles of granite. The packaging says Made in China, although the title says "USA".
