On my long headers the normal one wire went cold at idle and messed up my fuel timing with this 3 wire kit the car runs perfect again

This harness was purchased with a heated oxygen sensor. Made the wiring a lot easier as I only had a single wire O2 sensor. Now the truck drives much better.

This item allowed me to change from a single wire oxygen sensor to a three wire oxygen sensor in no time at all. They work with both TBI and TPI. Heated 3-wire sensors allow the computer to initiate active air/fuel metering sooner after a cold start, resulting in better, cleaner combustion and better fuel economy.

This worked for me. I used it to replace my 1 wire O2 sensor on my 93 GMC K1500 with a 3 wire heated O2 sensor, ACDelco AFS74. The wire harness is connected correctly and the ends were long enough to connect to my electrical box on the engine bay side of the firewall. My truck idles smoother. I don't know if it's related to the heated sensor or just that the unheated sensor was old and needed replacing, but it's working better now so I'm happy. This product is perfect - I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. My 1988 GMC truck had a 1 wire unheated oxygen sensor - this harness was a PERFECT match for a Walker Products 250-23005 (or ACDelco AFS74) 3 wire oxygen sensor - the connection is waterproof, dust proof and uses the existing 1 wire Mating connector with my truck's standard O2 sensor connector. I really liked the price but the plastic connector didn't fit my ACDelco sensor at all. I had to force it on, force it on to fix it, there wasn't any dirt in it, and it wasn't the gasket that bothered. I had a Delphi connector on hand that fitted perfectly, so I know the installed one is the culprit. The single signal cable connector is marked "IIIB" which I believe is the brand of connectors installed. The rest of the crimps, wire quality and seals in the rear connector were of good quality…
