Bug Killer on Bug Zappers

I've had an endless battle with flies in my house because I have multiple pets that I let in and out during the day, can't make a pet door for possums and raccoons. The bug killer is solid, doesn't heat up at all, and makes little to no noise except when killing bugs. Although it's not intended for mosquitoes, I find quite a few in it. 90-day product replacement, no questions asked. not as much!

☹️ So here's the deal. I bought this trap for my father-in-law as a gift. I saw great reviews and thought let's do it! It stopped working on the first day of use. The light is on, but the crackling has stopped. I call him back to see how things are going in a week and he tells me it's stopped. I looked at the listing information which says "First 90 days no questions asked return/replacement" of the item. Killed 50 mosquitoes the first day

Update: 3/2020 - They've worked great for over a year and I only had to change the bulbs for the first time. The process is quite simple, just go back to the original order you placed and the instructions are there - MOST IMPORTANTLY, you must take a screwdriver and create the final ZAP even after turning it off as the charge takes about a minute you offer.
