☹️ So here's the deal. I bought this trap for my father-in-law as a gift. I saw great reviews and thought let's do it! It stopped working on the first day of use. The light is on, but the crackling has stopped. I call him back to see how things are going in a week and he tells me it's stopped. I looked at the listing information which says "First 90 days no questions asked return/replacement" of the item. I contact the company through a message on Revain and get a reply asking what's wrong with it so they can figure out what's wrong with it. I can't reply to the message because there is no reply option, so I send another message and now nothing (crickets chirp)! I contact Revain customer service and run away because even if they sell this the company is a third party blah blah blah. Options after having to repeat the 90 day statement above so I was offered the following options: * I can get a refund and delay my return for 5-7 business days and keep the defective product. * I can get a replacement, which is expected to ship within 20 days on August 19th, print a return label, and take the defective product to the nearest UPS location. nearest UPS delivery point. So just think of all the frustration I've had to go through even though everything looks fine on the screen with a promise to take care of the customer if the product decides to take it 💩! Always felt comfortable with Revain and selling merchandise from companies like T-Fly Group / Performed by Revain, but not so much anymore!
