big pug! Best cleaning tool

Covers a large area. I also use Swiffer Wet Pads and they work great. A good product. The only thing is that sometimes the bottom of the mop twists even after many uses. That's why the product got 4 stars.

Good quality and value for money

I like the way it works, easy to manoeuvre. The mop head is thick and erases. well washed and cleaned; plus it comes with extra mop heads. What's not to love? I use it with the Spray Nine cleaner for all my cleaning, especially. Floors.

Not for textured floors

This is a great mop for smooth surfaces. However, I am returning it as it does not clean my floors. We just installed a new high quality timber floor in our home. It has texture on the surface that makes it more realistic. This is a rustic barn floor. The fibers of the mop head are not thick enough to get dirt between the texture lines on the floor.
