This was the best choice I found for the comfort I needed. I work in a call center and have sensitive hearing. I bought a model that is an ear. It was easy to set up and use. However, there is a short circuit and the communication quality is not very good. I emailed the seller's support team, got an immediate response and received a new headset within a few days. Your customer service is 5 stars. I haven't had a chance to use a second headset yet. They didn't want the first one back. I would definitely buy from them again. They were so easy to work with and they didn't mind when I reported the issue.
