I bought this headset and it has worked fine for about 3 months. Then one day I plugged it in and it said "USB error - Windows does not recognize this device" and it stopped working. I connected the device to several computers to rule out a problem with my computer. I asked for a warranty replacement and they politely replied and agreed to send a new one. This new one gave an error when I first plugged it in. Same error message, same result on different computers again. A single occurrence indicates a bad block. Happens twice? This is a fundamental problem in the manufacture of the device itself.
