Perfect replacement for fridge 40w tungsten bulb

Perfect replacement for the 40w bulb in our Frigidaire FKC17F7QTA convertible freezer/fridge that we use all the time in the office. warm glow, similar to the original 40 watt tungsten that came with our fridge. The big plus is that this light uses a lot less energy, burns cooler, lasts longer and gives off a little more light. This lamp also has no flickering issues, even with constant on and off cycles in our heavy duty work environment. The closest I got to this deal was when I discovered…

Bright Incandescent Bulbs

I have installed 8 intermediate socket lights as work lights on kitchen countertops. There is also a microwave with its own light. The table lamps originally had 40w incandescent bulbs which I connected to a dimmable wall switch. 8 times 40 results in a total power consumption of 320 watts, which is quite remarkable. Well! Now I see.

As others have said, the light is very white. It doesn't really produce a true blue tint like some LEDs, although there is the slightest hint of blue. It's more like a cold fluorescent lamp. I was going to give it a star because it wasn't warm enough for me, but he pointed out that it's "daylight" white (6000K) and they're right that it's a "cooler" color is, so it's my fault that I risked getting warmer.
