The handle next to the hot part also heats up. So you have to hold it by the end of the handle. It's cheaply made, but it does the job for the price. There the result is good on my hair, just be careful with your hands. The glove is useless. The pillow is good for traveling. I left because of the price :)

Such a disappointment. First, it doesn't have a temperature setting so you don't know how hot it is. Second, you keep the strand on your hair the longest and it doesn't frizz. Your hair will be straight again. That does not work. I tried it and it was a waste of time. That's why I'm returning.

this is the best curling iron i have ever bought! I have really curly hair that is difficult to style but this wand made my hair so straight and the curls lasted all night and all. This is the perfect size for larger, looser curls. It also comes with a mat and glove, but the glove is a bit itchy and uncomfortable. It does the job though. A rug is handy as the wand doesn't have a small stand to hold it.

This is how it gets really hot. Waves or curls look very cute and stay on my hair for a long time. I love the size of the barrel and the fact that it's cylindrical rather than conical, it's easier to create a modern blunt curl with it. It burns the skin very easily, so be careful. Maybe use two gloves. And long sleeves. Because even with a glove, I burned my hand just above the wrist.
