I didn't do best in Electrical

I'm afraid this product didn't work at all on our 3/4 ton Chevy truck. The only gauge on this tester that showed the contact was working was for the 12 volt wire. There is no signal to the brakes, turn signals, blinkers or running lights. I then used my voltage tester on the same pins on the connector and they all showed a constant 12 volt signal.

Saved a lot of hassle connecting 7 wires to a vehicle that didn't come with it.

I used this to add a 7 pin RV plug on my Expedition 17 without a factory tow kit. This made testing circuits easier. If I ever have a wiring problem in the future I will use this to quickly determine if the problem is with the trailer or the car. Highly recommended

Didn't work as advertised!

When I connected the tester to the mains, only one 12V light came on When testing the car's headlights, no other light came on except for the single one 12V power light even though I know the turn signals work when tested with another tester. All headlights were tested well with another tester except for the running lights, but this tester only showed a power light so it didn't work as advertised. I do not recommend buying this tester.

Doesn't work for circuit tester

Your experience might be different. Mine didn't work right away, even after I adjusted the electrical pickup points to ensure a solid connection was made to my truck's plug. To make sure the tester was at fault I then tested each one manually with a grounded tester and in fact my truck plug is 100% working. Tester is garbage. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box until a few months after ordering, which I sometimes do, although I try to avoid it as sometimes it can happen. If you think the start
