PERFECT SOLUTION: Compact Fridges

When I was renovating my apartment's kitchen, I decided to downsize by removing large old appliances and replacing them with new, smaller ones. This refrigerator is ideal for one person. A few tips: 1. Cut egg cartons in half so they can be stacked on top of each other, 2. Buy milk with a screw cap so that it can be stored flat. 3. Buy small disposable storage containers. 4. If you remove the vegetable drawer, you will free up much more space.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Good, but not great

WARNING*** Do not connect too soon!

If the unit has been transported or stored lying down or generally on an incline, it MUST remain unplugged for a few hours, compressor oil will seep into the refrigerant lines and will need to be disconnected and returned to the compressor where it belongs. If you plug it in beforehand, the oil will circulate with the coolant and clog the lines and pollute the entire fridge. I left mine outside for 24 hours for safety reasons not knowing how to store or transport it. I would recommend at leastโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some small things

The real thing. The internal space is huge for a small compact fridge. The noise level is almost zero, if possible without disconnecting from the mains. You really have to lie on the floor and put your ear to it to hear anything at all; it's so weak. I chose black with a stainless steel front, which goes very well with the color scheme of the room. You can save $50 and get a 1.6cc compact refrigerator. Feet instead of 3.1, but who needs one of those tiny built-in freezers that aren't really big

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Shape is optional
