The bed is not as flat as in the photo. In fact it is quite large and it is difficult for my adult dog to adjust. Usually he gives up and half lays down, half down.

Bed size 48" x 36" is actually ONLY the size of the cover. If you insert the memory foam, it's about 43"x31". THIS size should be advertised, NOT 48"x36". It was too little.

Not as big as advertised. The device arrived a few inches shorter and was already listed at 27 x 36 inches. I measured along the seam. Because of this I had to send it back.

The bed is good but I ordered two and both were filled with different material. One was overcrowded, the other undercrowded. One was harder and the other softer. Unexpected discrepancy when ordering two at the same time

TERRIBLE product! Filled with junk! Scraps of foam rubber that have already started crawling right out of the box! This is NOT a high quality memory foam product. Looks bad and uncomfortable new, I can only imagine after use. Also a very cheap case.

OMG! This is a great dog bed. The memory foam is thick and soft and really retains its memory. No more indentations in the bed that actually leave the dog lying on a piece of cloth on the floor. I have an older dog with arthritis and she sleeps really well and seems like it supports her body so well. I have two of these. I bought the first one from dog.com and liked it so much that I bought the second one for my other dog, even though she is younger. Both love it.
