🌀 Miele SF-HA 50 HEPA Filter for S4, S5, S6, & S8 Models Review

I wish I had had one of these filtration systems a long time ago. When my heat pump tells me it's time to change the filter you see a dirty filter telling me the heat pump logic is working and that the filter is working.

This is a paper and plastic HEPA filter and overpriced from Miele. Probably less than $1 to produce. If you fool your customers with filters, they will end up being turned away (whether they like your product or not).

I made the mistake of not changing the filter often enough and not checking properly. Vacuum cleaner no longer works! After replacing the filter everything worked. Check and change the filter regularly and you can't go wrong. The filter is very easy to remove and replace.

Miele started to get smart by selling different types of filter cartridges. Some with charcoal, some are considered HEPA. I have 3 Miele vacuums and the purpose of the exhaust filter is to ensure the quality of the air coming out of the HEPA vacuum, so I'll stick with the ones that are HEPA labeled.

Original Miele packaging but does NOT fit S514. The product description title saying it fits S4, S5, S6, S8 is misleading. Returned. 1/24/20 Revain says they issued a refund on 12/16/2019 for the returned filter. Nothing appeared on my cc pr paypal statements for December.

The lowest price I have paid for this item. Tried generic once, won't do it again. I could buy regular bags for old Hoover. The universal Miele filters and bags I've tried just don't work properly, I paid too much for this vacuum to use products that don't work in it. I need this for the rest of my life. The best vacuum cleaner I've ever had!

The Miele Hepa filter pictured in the seller's description is like the one I bought from the vacuum cleaner seller and NOTHING like the one they sent me. No brand name, product description etc. I decided to give it a try and it might still be genuine, but just an unbranded item (e.g. no box) and therefore less expensive.
