The Miele Hepa filter pictured in the seller's description is like the one I bought from the vacuum cleaner seller and NOTHING like the one they sent me. No brand name, product description etc. I decided to give it a try and it might still be genuine, but just an unbranded item (e.g. no box) and therefore less expensive. I was trying to vacuum up a cup of spilled coffee grounds. My Miele vacuum cleaner started making horrible noises and most of the coffee got stuck under the "Hepa filter"! It almost broke my vacuum cleaner, no idea if my vacuum broke! NOT CORRECT! I called Miele and this is NOT their filter!
