Never turned on properly; returned it.

It looked like it was on but never warmed up. Then it started acting a little weird and I found it too risky/dangerous so I spent a little more on Kosori which I LOVE. I sent it back and will definitely not try again.

Don't worry about using it for candles

The details say it can be used to use flameless candles but it doesn't even work a little for that purpose. If you're keeping drinks hot, you want a completely flat-bottomed mug, since the heating element is only a few inches wide in the center of the platen.

Slight "warmth " in this mug warmer

While this is a great looking device and big enough for a variety of mugs, I wouldn't recommend it if you like drinks much warmer than room temperature . This keeps the liquid cool at best, even in a rather small cup with a lid. So unfortunately, as good as it is, it's just not worth the money.

Really wanted it to work

Really wanted to love it as I needed something to keep my coffee WARM and not burning like the old cheap ones. Unfortunately, despite the heat level, it doesn't keep my coffee warm. Mind you, I have lids on my cups. But like a sip of coffee gets cold. If I don't have a non-working one, they're not worth it. Too bad I didn't get rid of my old one 😣

Nice to look at but nothing more

I was very pleased with the sleek look of this cup warmer, but it barely warms my cups. I've tried different sized mugs and the heating pad doesn't hold any of them even close to semi-warm temperatures! So frustrating and now I have to deal with it until it's dead so I can get a new one because it seems so wasteful to me to just throw it away but it really is junk.

Good, but a little problematic

This is a really good coffee cup warmer, but the surface is so smooth that my coffee cup sometimes just slides over it. There were several times when it almost fell and spilled everywhere. But I caught a cold the other day and it slipped off the heating pad and splattered everywhere I had to dump most of my electronics in the rice. It would be nice if it had higher rims so my coffee mug wouldn't slip off.
