Excellent value for money and ideal for small projects

Excellent value for money and ideal for small projects. I was looking for a 90 degree clamp that would hold materials up to 4 inches wide and this was the only one I found for less than $50.

More options than I thought.

This clip costs $20. I particularly like the sliding function, thanks to which the clamping jaws can be positioned anywhere on the legs of the square. I bought four of these and built some garage cabinets. Very convenient.

Pros
  • One Year Trial
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Clamps don't hold in hand tools

Well I like the idea of this product and the overall design but unfortunately it doesn't work because the clamps don't hold tight. When you try to fasten the corner, the clips will slip off, causing the corner to come out of the square shape.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Little things

Excellent value for money and quality!

There were adjustment and tensioning problems. But after figuring everything out, this product is great! Note how the parts are arranged in the box (take a picture) before you take them out. I had to email the manufacturer for help fitting it into the box. Great value for the price.

it almost takes a person a degree in clammology to use it

The way the clamp dovetails fit into the groove on the square on only one side almost requires a degree in clammology to use them these. It's probably not a big deal if you're using the clamps when they're flat on the table and placing your workpieces in them, but when you bring the clamps close to the workpiece they feel unwieldy.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Good idea, bad execution

I like the idea, but the cheap plastic L-bar is flexible, so it will flex under force. It's great for fast work, but you won't get precise connections with it. The product must be sold with an aluminum L-bar.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

a person almost needs a clampology degree to use this

Just like the dovetails of the clamp only fit into the groove on the square on one side, a person almost needs a clampology degree to use them to use. It's probably not a big deal if you're using the clamps when they're lying flat on the table and placing your workpieces in them, but when you bring the clamps close to the workpiece they feel unwieldy.
