Product not as advertised, did not have a magnetic tip on the end. Aside from being a Milwaukee product, it is well known that I don't have to tell you that it is good and high quality.

I like that the tape has a magnetic tip but the tape itself is very cheap and made for everyday use. The tip on mine is curved on itself making it very difficult to get accurate measurements.

The magnet is weak, as is the tape measure. It doesn't stretch very well, it tends to fold quite easily after 4-5 feet. I had creases in the first 6 inches in the first week, the coating is starting to peel off. I wish I had spent the extra money on Fatmax tape. Won't stack on you and the magnet is much stronger. Simply a better band than Milwaukee in every way.

These tape measures are good and sold at a great price of 39.99 for two. The magnetic tip is decent, as is the hook. It is fed through a 1.3/8" hole, which is great for plumbers. Less published than expected. Only 10'. The band is not wide enough for my taste, so not as strong as some better devices. There are architectural scale markings on the back of the first few yards of tape that are sometimes useful. Nothing to fault. Grab them if the width and they don't stand out.
