Can't use it until I have the missing parts

I bought this to move my 30 gallon drum smoker and got it today, the cart turned up in a box that was too big for it was. Also, one of the wheels was just thrown in the box and there was no nut or washer to attach it to the wagon. I have to go and buy a nut and washer because I won't be sending them back for just that. Also by looking at the rolling wheels it looks like the item has been used or at least rolled onto the floor. I'm sure it will do a great job, it just annoys me that the car has…
