Disappointing Water Filtration System

Using this device, our team found that the filtration system did little to remove impurities from our tap water. While the unit is compact and easy to operate, the end result was underwhelming. On the plus side, the machine is relatively affordable compared to other water filtration options on the market. However, we cannot recommend this product for those seeking a reliable and effective water purification system.

Why is the spinner included so I can use the one I already have instead of paying for another. The spinner had to be left out and the price reduced slightly, or he had the choice of including it or not.
