None of the other screw sets I have found at Revain had the 1.6 x 5mm screws I needed to fix my sunglasses but this set did you. I would have preferred a 1.6x5mm screw for one of the hinges as the screw is a little loose, but I couldn't find that size anywhere. This seems to be the best kit for repairing glasses and sunglasses that are missing hinge screws as most other kits don't have screws longer than 2 or 3mm. I just want the plastic case to have labels for which.

I love setting my automatic watches myself as many of them gain or lose enough time to drive me crazy, even the most expensive ones. The rear screws come with micro screws that I often lose or snap off. This set of micro screws was the answer to my problem. Jewelers never helped. In general they should not be handled roughly, otherwise they may break or fall off as they are tiny and therefore somewhat brittle. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years, but I'm not an expert, but over the years I've had to fix my share. This set seems to have every size I've ever needed and more. The screws appear to be of good quality and the threads, at least on the few I've used, are consistent. The cases do their job with different screw sizes, and the case's fold-out openings seem to close evenly. However, it doesn't close very securely. With a screw that was too big (I forgot there were a few boxes) I managed to break the head of the screw by turning the screw back in. Lesson: Remember that screws come in two boxes. This underlines the absurdity of such a set. I would prefer ten of each high quality screw. Agree with most reviews. This is a good range of small screws at a great price. The container offers good organization, but some snap lids will not close due to deformation during manufacture. Expect to write them down. I too was disappointed that of the 24 screws in the kit none were provided for my Foster Grant readers.
