This product is a waste of money. After I put it to the test, it failed miserably. It has a cheap build, and it doesn't last long. Industrial and scientific products should be reliable, but this isn't one of them. The only good thing about it is the price, but that's not worth sacrificing performance. Don't waste your money on this product.

500V protection with magnetic arc diffuser! As an amateur, I didn't know that the photovoltaic panels I ordered were rated much higher than the 12V they are sold under. In fact, they show 21V power. My 48v switch was unsafe with my 4 panels in series. I don't think about that at all! It is a key component of my off-grid photovoltaic circuit. Couldn't be happier! Oh... and delivered in 2 days.

I wasn't sure about this miniature circuit breaker for use on a solar system as it looks like cheap plastic in the photo. It's heavy in the hand and the lever mechanism is like a circuit breaker on the main electrical panel of a house. The clamps are very strong and I see no risk of loose contacts. The included piece of rail is also great if you don't already have a box or need to adapt it to this style. I will probably choose this brand more.
