Great bike rack. I really liked it until it was stolen along with my bike. It has my initials on it, "CDB", in case anyone miraculously stumbles upon it.

Beautiful shelf! Good fit and finish. I've looked everywhere for a nice rack like this and it was the only rear wood/metal rack I could find, lots of front brackets that needed modification. A little heavy, but that's due to my cruiser, not a road bike. Perfectly holds a soft cooler filled with cold beer! Recommend!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. After about a month of random weekend rides, one of the levers connecting the post to the seatpost failed. I have contacted the manufacturer to replace the faulty part or replace the whole thing but to no avail. Minoura Gamoh does not endorse its products.

This item is incredibly good. The picture shown here does not do it justice. If you are looking for a large, durable shelf of exceptional quality, this is it. Worth every penny and then some. It's a little hard. He is also beautiful and strong. I'm putting this on my commuter car and planning to use it with a reasonably sized Pelican case (or two) instead of panniers. A tip: if the mounting rods don't line up with your soldered mounting point because they're too long (you'll see what I mean)…

This is a very strong luggage rack. I have no doubt that it can carry anything I can put in it. It's also quite big and heavy. (Let's be honest, if you're concerned about weight, why even need a rack to haul things on your bike?) I find floor measurements in the neighborhood of 12 x 17 inches. Sure it's a bit pricey, but the quality is great and more than enough mounting hardware is included. They include M5 and M6 screws (depending on what your frame has).
