Not as pictured, very cheap and ugly

Not as pictured, very cheap and ugly. This item doesn't look like copper, it feels and feels like cheap plastic. The seller also has poor customer service, is slow to respond, and won't pay shipping costs for returns even if the item doesn't match the description.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Doubtful

Beautiful and functional

These pellet nozzles are not only beautiful, but also extremely functional! We bought two and they are displayed on our mantle when not in use to fill the pellet stove with pellets! Good quality. Easy enough to handle. Each shot comfortably handles 20 pounds of pellets.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • For old

Very cool, copper plated

It's very pretty, if a bit pricey, that's why I gave it one star. It's well made and holds 1/4 to 1/3 of a pack of pellets. Nice and comfortable (not to mention cool to look at) next to a pellet stove. TIP: Buy one of these wheeled bins to store pellets in your attached garage for portability and waterproofing when filling the bin. The description says "small" but actually it's very good.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Practical, durable and above all a beautiful decorative element

I used it for wood pellets. We have a pellet stove and I load 40-60 pounds a day throughout the winter. I'd take it to the garage, load up a 40-pound bag of pellets, and take it to the living room at least once a day, if not twice. It's been about five months and it's holding up great. It is very convenient to have a bucket for storing pellets in the living room. The granules are completely invisible and the copper-colored charcoal bucket blends in with the decor of the room.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Expensive

This coal train is perfect! Easily holds 50 pounds or wood pellets

This coal wagon is perfect! Easily holds 50 pounds or more of wood pellets and the shape of the body makes it easy to controllably load pellets into my stove's pellet hopper. It's important to note that even when loaded with over 50 pounds of pellets, the movement never feels tight, like it might collapse under the weight. This is a very strong and durable case and looks good too. I was a little concerned that the listed 40 lb case would be disproportionate to the weight of the pellet stove. Iโ€ฆ

Exactly what I expected.

We first bought the "big" version based on 1CU FT. 40 pounds of pellets = about 1 cu. ft. folks, if you aren't Paul Bunyan I'm here to tell you the large size is LARGE, easily reaching the height of a 5 gallon bucket and up at the top. I haven't tested my theory but I think you could fit over 1 40 lb bag of pellets. The small size has the best proportions. I'm not talking about how long it will last, I mean that it looks better physically. Big, apart from being too big, didn't look quite right.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • It's hard to say
