Used this stuff on a decades old,never been sealed,prone to flaking, slate walkway.Sealed beautifully.The stone looks beautiful .Beyond happy with results.

Used this on an Indiana limestone fireplace hearth. applied like a dream and looks great. It has a very SLIGHT wet look to it - but for the stone I used it on that was exactly what I wanted. For natural stone you definitely want to wash the crap off the surface first with a proper compatible cleaner. Also, you don't need to leave it on for the recommended 4-5 minutes. in fact, I would say wipe it off sooner vs. later so you don't risk any residue being left behind. then just apply a 2nd coat…

We used one and a half quarts for the entire project. We did 2 coats. The approximate area was 10' x 24' feet plus 2 sides at 3'x24'. I used a chip brush to cover all the highs and lows of the slate. We completed half way up before the weather turned on us and finished the rest in the last month. There is no color difference from what was sealed last year vs this, despite all the rain and snow we got in the winter. Great product!

Worked perfectly. The grout did not change color but the marble was enhanced bringing out the different tones of color.Water beads right up when it hits the sealed marble pavers.Highly recommend the wand also!
