Good quality on velcro discs

They were great for sanding my 100+ year old pine floors. I went through about the amount I expected. The holes didn't line up well for my Makita grinder, but it worked fine, only 1 1/2 holes were visible. The floor looked so great in the hallway, I did the same thing in the dining room!

  • Easy install

Excellent sandpaper

This Mirka sandpaper is the best I have ever used and I have used many different types of hook and loop sandpaper from other companies for many, many years. What I like about it is that it doesn't clog up forever, you just have to take it off and bang it on the table, the dust will fly off the paper in no time.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Almost never

very good sandpaper at a good price

I use it on my Porter Cable random orbital sander. The backing is such that they really stick to the grinder. Velcro styles often tend to slip off. I also find that this brand seems to last longer than the ones I've used before. I know this is very subjective and depends on the material being sanded and how aggressively you sand.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Fits

Ordered these based on this review stating they last longer and are more reasonably priced. In my opinion, they don't last as long (or as long) as the Diablo brand, which is available at Home Depot for about the same price. I've always liked the Norton brand, which used to spread HD. You can't go wrong with any of these brands, but pay attention to the dust hole patterns.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Thin

The best sandpaper. ever

I have been using Mirka abrasives for decades. You can't find them in big stores and all the abrasives I've used other than non-Mirka ones haven't had the same results. There is nothing else in my workshop. It lasts longer than other brands, doesn't smudge, doesn't lose the abrasive coating on the edges as quickly (some lose it on the first smack with the edge of sandpaper on any surface). I've had Mirka's box on sandpaper for probably 20 years. It still holds up and still works like a charm (I
