The system allows me to manage all my employees, their training needs etc. It's quick access makes it easy to check up on any employee as required. I can also add new employees quickly with ease through the online portal. There are some functions that need improving such as not being able to print out attendance sheets from within the software itself. We use mircobase to manage our employees' attendance, it's very easy and intuitive interface with all features we need in one place!
