Description of Mitutoyo 530 105 Stainless Measurements Resolution

Hardened stainless steel construction with satin chrome finish, for protection of caliper. Four-way measurement capability for outside dimension (OD), inside dimension (ID), depth, and step measurements. Raised sliding surfaces to help prevent defacement and wear of scale graduations. Modest, 14-degree face angle on vernier scale, to help improve visibility and reduce the possibility of parallax errors. Meets Federal Accuracy Specifications GGG-C-111B.

Precise, Durable Caliper for Industrial Use

This stainless steel caliper is perfect for my industrial and scientific needs. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I know that it has an excellent resolution and is built to last. The accuracy is perfect for measuring small parts, while the sturdy build quality ensures that it will keep going for a long time .The only downside is that it might be a bit overkill for someone who doesn't need such extreme precision..

Excellent fit and finish

It took me a few tries to get used to the vernier but once installed I really liked these calipers. Consistent, accurate readings and excellent fit and finish. I wish they came with a hard case instead of a bag.
