I've seen many reviews of the product which arrived damaged or leaking so today I wanted to share pictures of my delivery. My package arrived in perfect condition with no leaks or lost items. I thought about not ordering them after seeing the reviews but I'm glad I did. I'm not sure if they've changed the way they pack recently, but I haven't had any issues. Now to the product. The shampoo, conditioner and leave-in are all fine - no better or worse than many others I've tried. But the shampoo arrived with a broken bottom cap so most of the product spilled all over the pouch it was in.

This is my first time buying this product and wanted to try it before buying full size bottles so the travel set was perfect for me. My hair is very thin and easy to comb. weighed down with hair products. The shampoo was a little dry but I really enjoyed the conditioner and conditioner and it helped frizz the pattern without tangling my hair. Will definitely buy again.

I really want to love mixed chicks. He fails all the time. I've used it on curly hair of various textures and it's been a huge flop. I liked the conditioner but two other products left our hair dry and brittle.

Sounds promising but I'm struggling to find the right product from this line for me. I haven't noticed any change in the condition or texture of my hair yet, but I'll keep using it until it's gone in hopes that I'll notice a change.

Trial pack might be useful but ripped 2 of 3 small containers so I really don't know. The outer packaging was in perfect condition and arrived without damage. There were no problems with the packaging and the shipping box was not wrinkled. Since there is no way to warn the seller or the manufacturer about this issue, I want to warn people not to buy a product that doesn't arrive safe and sound, so you don't even know if the product is good or not.

The travel set concept is practical and great. I bought this as a "trial test" for my low porosity 4c hair before buying the full size bottles. Overall I found it didn't moisturize or soften my hair enough (even with silicones it wasn't enough) and detangling was an issue. All in all it wasn't for me.
