Just my review

First disclaimer: if the shoe doesn't fit you, don't wear it. Sneakers in particular should fit your feet. Your heel should not come off your back; The toes should have enough space in the front, but in general shoes should not be too loose, and shoes that are too tight are bad. I started running in the Wave Inspire a few years ago because (a) they fit me and (b) they fit me. I'm a light guy (130lbs) and a hyperpronator with flat feet. The Wave Inspire has the stability I need. I use them for…

Pros
  • Durability: These shoes are made from quality materials and are designed to withstand the rigors of regular use. They have excellent durability and will last a long time without needing to be replaced.
Cons
  • Limited grip on wet surfaces

Great shoe for pronation

This review was written by a woman with feminine foot proportions. I've been wearing these shoes for 4 months now. I don't do many miles in these shoes. I jog for short periods or do interval runs, mostly on the treadmill. But they help me move and keep my feet/ankles from hurting. The toe box is roomy, I like the internal foot and ankle support as it's not overly stiff but still effective. I tried them on in store before buying online to make sure I liked them. I bought 11.5 and they are…

Pros
  • Interior design changes in the heel area. It will take time to put shoes on to determine if they are better or not.
Cons
  • May cause Achilles tendonitis

Excelente Calzado in my review.

Me queda súper cómodo, ideal point personas que tienen el pie plano, es el most tennis Que he utilizado, este it el segundo par que me compro del mismo modelo.

Pros
  • love shoes. great fit and support. always mizuno
Cons
  • May be uncomfortable on long distance runs

I ordered the Wave Inspire 17 so don't know why it's listed as a 16. 16 was great; They were quite comfortable and lasted 2400 km. Mostly on city streets. The Mizuno Wave Inspire 17 chewed my ankle repeatedly until it bled. I wouldn't use this again.

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • Lack of cushioning in the forefoot

Started falling apart after 45 days.

These things used to be great, now they suck. This is the second couple to experience the same thing. Time for a new shoe brand.

Pros
  • I like that I adapt to the poetry
Cons
  • This particular color is disgusting IMHO

Reliable running shoes

I was a big fan of the Mizunos Wave Ridder because I ran longer than I can remember. This style has helped me get the extra support I need as I'm prone to pronation. Both Wave Rider 16 and Wave Rider 17 came up as expected and had a very short break-in period. A word of warning to anyone looking at the WaVe Rider 18: unlike its predecessors, I found them large.

Pros
  • For a man with, for lack of a better word, small feet! They are light and fit perfectly on the foot.
Cons
  • May be heavier than other shoes

Amazing comfort and fit

I really love these shoes. I understand that every foot is different but for me who needs good arch support these are the best shoes I have ever had. The wearing comfort is amazing, it is well made and very durable.

Pros
  • I love these Mizuno running shoes
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with ankle injuries

Great for big boys

I've been with At for 14 years and these are by far the best running shoes I've owned in my entire career. Like a bigger guy (6ft, 210lbs) who runs over 12 miles a week. I have found that after these runs I no longer have knee/ankle pain like I had with previous shoes. Now on my second pair.

Pros
  • excellent Kalidad
Cons
  • I wouldn't buy them again. In recent years, the product has become cheap. I have had them for 2 years.

running shoes straight

Excellent running shoes. I tested this shoe on a tough hike and it had some stability issues so it's not an off-road shoe. Suitable for trail hiking but not for extreme inclines.

Pros
  • These are my favorite sneakers.
Cons
  • Not comfortable.

quality as expected

Like the shoes. The top comb is a bit tight. Made for people with narrow feet. If you have a high foot or a high crest on your foot; it's getting tight.

Pros
  • My second pair in recent years. Still new, break them in. I hope that the original density of the sock will disappear with wear.
Cons
  • Tends to make a squeaky noise when walking

Great support, narrow mid/toe

I'm preparing for a marathon, so I run a lot of kilometers. I overpronate so I need supportive shoes. I ran the Saucony Guides but thought I was confused. That's great support. My knees and ankles hold up great. They sit much tighter in the sock. I probably should have increased the size by 1/2. However, they are quite comfortable and keep discomfort to a minimum for those of us who overpronate.

Pros
  • they are very comfortable, look good, fit well.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with high arches.

comfortable - my new test report

These shoes are a great fit for your feet. comfortable with rubber soles that have held up well. I wear them casually, so I don't exercise, although I try to walk every day; This is mainly because my Fitbit doesn't send reminders and has nothing to do with those real sneakers.

Pros
  • Attractive Appearance: The sleek black design of the Mizuno Wave Inspire 16 running shoes is eye-catching and sure to draw compliments from fellow runners.
Cons
  • No finger protection

Great shoes, great fit, very comfortable

If any of you tried the Nike Max Moto series in the early 2000s but were disappointed when it was discontinued, then this shoe is for you. For pronators, this very well-cushioned shoe offers excellent support and ensures high wearing comfort all day long, even if you are overweight. Mizuno makes other types of running shoes, but the Wave Inspire is their flagship. I've never worn a Wave Inspire that I didn't like; These shoes are well made and don't fall apart as easily as their Nike…

Pros
  • Comfortable fit
Cons
  • May cause hot spots on legs

They changed the style of these shoes from the last ones I had.

So my thumb rubbed the boot. I had to send them back. Returns are always quick. Trying to find bigger shoes in this style proved impossible. It was like the world had stepped out of the next bigger size.

Pros
  • Zapatos comodos se ajustan de manera suave en tus pie
Cons
  • Limited shelf life

great brand: my review

I have bought many pairs of Mizunos for 15-25km long distance rides. The best part is that they fit the same way whether they are current models, older types or any other type! You need that. Constant production so you can be confident in your purchase. Thank you Mizuno.

Pros
  • This is the only running shoe I will wear. Great fit, great hold.
Cons
  • Can cause hip pain

It's okay, earlier versions are better

I use Mizuno regularly. This new version doesn't provide enough cushioning for my sole (underfoot) like the previous version. It wears out faster than previous versions. However, it still offers more support than other brands.

Pros
  • One of the softest and most comfortable soles I've ever had.
Cons
  • May be more expensive compared to other running shoes

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A bit heavy in my rating

I'm used to buying Mizuno Wave Riders and I've bought about 30 pairs in the last 16 years. But I decided to try another Mizuno model just because I found them on sale. I didn't do much research, but I trusted the Mizuno name. They felt heavy going in and I ended up doing a little research and found that they are 1.8 ounces heavier than the Wave Riders. They are comfortable but not for long walks or runs. On the day of this trip, the Wave Riders were getting terribly expensive or difficult to…

Pros
  • I work standing all day and these shoes have not hurt my feet at all. Real 5 star rating.
Cons
  • Tends to loosen up after a few miles of running

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super comfortable in my rating.

Great for running but if you need extra support with your walking or your daily activities this is for you but also perfect for running.

Pros
  • True to tradition, the Inspire 17 is very comfortable and ideal for people with narrow feet.
Cons
  • Does not provide optimal shock absorption

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for running and walking

This is my third pair of these shoes. They are high quality and fit my feet well. Will continue to buy this brand and style until they stop making them.

Pros
  • Bought these for my husband. He loves her very much!
Cons
  • Mesh lining (new Wave Inspire design) doesn't fit well - shifts when running, uncomfortable
