Mizuno Mens Running Mirange Evening Athletic Shoes: The Ultimate Performance Footwear for Men Review

These are the most comfortable shoes my husband has ever worn and yet 6 months after our purchase if we wear them about 4 days a week and not for marathons (or even running) the rubber sole is coming off the shoe. Of course, we no longer have any guarantees and while the comfort makes us want to buy another pair, the price compared to the length of time they are worn makes these shoes prohibitively expensive. Really heartbroken.

Love these Mizuno they are so comfortable, have always bought horizons but couldn't find my size so decided to try them out so glad I did.

For those with a slightly wide foot with a high arch, this non-pronating shoe is perfect! I want the 4 series to mimic the Wave Sky 2 series.

Great shoe if you don't mind the sound of the Clydesdale walking the pavement. Large indentation under the heel. Great support and cushion. Fits as expected. I am going to buy another pair!!.

The support in these shoes is great! The sidewalks in my area are terribly bumpy and hilly, and my old shoes were causing pain in my knees. I won't lie I was skeptical of them but a marathon runner friend recommended them to me and from the moment I took them running I was sold out. I spoke directly to a Mizuno sales representative before purchasing and he had no hesitation in recommending them based on my preferences/characteristics. However, it just didn't work. I have a medium foot and a "D" width but found this shoe to be too wide and the toe box roomy for my comfort level. Also, as opposed to the loose feel, the outsole is very stiff and has almost no flexibility, which I prefer. So if these features don't bother you then it looks like a well constructed/quality shoe.

This Mizuno shoe is amazing, the suspension system is out of this world. I suffer from a bad knee that hurts when jogging but with this shoe my knees have almost no impact. Very good shoes.

I'm normal size 11, mostly I order size 11W or 11.5 for more comfort in the forefoot, but this shoe size 11 fits me perfectly and gives extra comfort and freedom in the forefoot. The Sky 2 I've run over 700 miles and it's still fun to run in. I can't think of a better shoe for my walk. I weigh 240lbs and just ran 10km with them and ran a little a few weeks ago. They work as advertised, definitely absorb a lot and don't cause sore muscles the next day. I will buy them again. The only downside is that the upper edge of the shoe is already a bit worn from rubbing with my foot. Maybe it's my oddly large feet, but either way I'd think the top edge of the shoe (where you enter with your foot wrapping around your ankle) is more durable.
