Very comfortable for walking on the street

Perfect fit and very comfortable for my heavy body and wide feet. I've used them for walking 2-3 miles at a time and for light running so can't speak of serious running.

Pros
  • Rubber outsole
Cons
  • Fine

Great shoe best in shoes

The new model #4 has used all the elements that were missing in model #3 and this time Mizuno has a near one created the perfect shoe. Yes, it's at the top of the price range, but you get what you pay for. Damn good!

Pros
  • Smoothride: creates a smooth transition from heel to toe with every step
Cons
  • thin

Comfortable and perfect fit

They fit perfectly. I bought 9.5 mens and they fit perfectly. They fit the shape. I use them for walking, not running. I have pairs of Adidas Ultra Boost and Nike Pegasus. I prefer these Mizunos to the two when it comes to cushioning and fit.

Pros
  • X10 outsole: Durable carbon rubber for longer life
Cons
  • Functionality

Lots of pillows and support!

Didn't buy it for running, just everyday wear and cycling. Great cushion and support for aching knees and backs that feel better after wearing them. I wore size 12 for all other shoes so I ordered 12 and 12.5. I left 12.5 which fit perfectly.

Pros
  • U4ic midsole: Provides optimal cushioning, durability and a great ride. innovatively lightweight, well-cushioned, responsive and stretchy
Cons
  • Nothing

I'm changing from Brooks to Mizuno

I've noticed that my Brooks are wearing out faster than they used to. As a result, I started trying other brands. One such brand was Mizuno. I purchased the Wave Sky 4 Waveknit men's shoe and was very pleased with the cushioning and performance of this shoe. I bought Mizuno shoes many years ago and I can't remember why I stopped using this brand. However, the Wave Sky 4 is a winner. I bought additional pairs a week after running.

Not just for running.

I ended up getting a recommendation from my local running store based on my running needs at the time. When I got a new job at a concrete warehouse, I eventually reverted to these boots for walking all over the building. Walk 10-15 miles a day and these shoes will hold up great. I ended up getting a second new pair direct from Revain to replace my pair that was falling apart. I would say that you can easily cover 600+ miles in these shoes. They're comfortable, they support your feet and even if

Pros
  • Shaft height approximately below the arch of the foot
Cons
  • No
