sizing inaccuracies. Low low quality.

Should a 5/8" hole saw drill a 5/8" hole? Not with this article! The pilot drill is not concentric with the outer saw. If you look closely at the photo you can see that the center pilot drill is 3/32 inch off center. So he drills a 13/16 hole in hardwood - too big for a 5/8 dowel. No trial and error. I got it right, I had to buy another hole saw from a different manufacturer to solve this problem.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Just removed the center drill and ran it over the wheel stud with the problem until the wheel came off the Hub loosened.A very small portion of the aluminum wheel was lost causing the wheel bore to become immobile leaving very little visible damage to the wheel.Tried a nut remover at first but the wheel stud was too badly damaged to save the wheel stud anyway, very bad satisfied with the end result.Remember to constantly lubricate the bolt about every 15 seconds of drilling.

Pros
  • Happy for now
Cons
  • I'll write back later
