Very nice for power tool parts and accessories

Excellent bits. I've never used a spiral nozzle, but now I'm a fan of it. Very straight and clean cuts. Very little chat. I make wooden signs.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Not bad

Three-part milling cutter spiraling upwards

A good set for such a price! Disappointed that the 3/8 bit dose doesn't have a size on the bit. Or a storage tube, she didn't understand at all

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Great bits for cutting box joints

I needed a 1/4" bit for my new box joint and looked at this kit as it had all the sizes I needed. The cuts were perfect and the box put together easily, still sharp after 100+ cuts!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No automatic

Missing parts: router spare parts and accessories

The middle tip of the router was missing. Quite expensive due to lack of spare parts. I don't have to return the whole item to get a little bit. I need them for a project so I just have to accept the loss to complete the project.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Repair

Too bad they don't have 6 stars.

Hardwoods, more even contact makes work less wobbly and easier to hold, however they are HARD and do not have a carbide tip so do not drop them as they may break if hit hard enough.

Pros
  • . Very good value for money.
Cons
  • . So far so good.

Works great with plywood, no more tearing off

I've tried these bits on plywood and the results have been great. No tears anymore. Unfortunately, they couldn't cut through hardwood well without trimming the edges. I used 3/4" white oak to make the box joints and pulled them out horribly. I then used the same bits on 1/2" plywood and seemed to get smooth edges. I gave 5 stars because I bought them for my plywood problems. For hardwood I only use good quality straight bits.

Pros
  • 1/4" and 1/2" shafts.
Cons
  • Requires a socket

Too bad they don't have 6 stars

They stay sharp and cool, delivering smooth cuts in one pass in softwoods up to 3/8 inch, clean cuts with heat or rubber in most hardwoods. More even contact makes the workpiece less wobbly and feels better in your hand. If you do a lot of carpentry work, you might want to get off your straight cuts and get a set of these. Warning, these are CARBIDES and not carbide tips, so don't do that. Throw them away because they can break if hit hard enough.

Pros
  • Ideal for deep grooves and cut grooves in a router table.
Cons
  • unreliable

2 out of 3 tips are very good

The two smaller bits turned out to be very good tools. however, the 1/2" bit dulled on first use (on jaw no less, 1/4" deep!). The tip is burnt out and the rest is barely cut. very inconsistent quality which is disappointing as I have always been very happy with mlcs.update products in the past! After checking above I found out that MLCs has a 3 year guarantee which they honor even if you buy through Amazon. They acted quickly and sent me a brand new racquet. terrific! Rating now 5 stars.

Pros
  • Micro-grain carbide for smooth cuts and staying sharp.
Cons
  • Can't remember
