Easy way keep organized without taking too much space

I love having access right from my smartphone or tablet, anytime! The ability to have such easy-of use tools at your fingertips is great for staff members as well! There's really not an issue that we dislike about this tool so far but if there were an improvement would be faster response time after requests are submitted (usually within 1 hour). We've made some improvements by creating different teams with specific roles/responsibilities like our support team who handles technical issues which…

  • The ease to check in or check for rewards quickly and without long wait time

  • Would be a great improvement if it would provide additional options like print the receipt easily or a more modern design for the receipt

Easy and convenient way tracking sales performance

The best part about this system is that it gives you all your reports at one place, without having some 3rd party software like Excel or Google sheets which are not always reliable when there's so many people using them simultaneously for different purposes! I wish we could have more customisable report options within our platform as well (maybe add filter option). It would be great if i can create my own filters instead of just adding data from an excel sheet into their database manually every
